Jag anv\u00e4nder sj\u00e4lv ofta Crosstrainern som ett komplement i min tr\u00e4ning vid de tillf\u00e4llen d\u00e5 jag kanske \u00e4r lite sliten eller v\u00e4dret \u00e4r alltf\u00f6r kasst. Jag tar g\u00e4rna och byter ut ett l\u00f6ppass mot ett pass p\u00e5 crosstrainern.<\/p>\n<p>Crosstrainern \u00e4r konditionsmaskin, och tr\u00e4ningen p\u00e5minner om l\u00e4ngdskid\u00e5kning. Motst\u00e5ndet justerar Du sj\u00e4lv f\u00f6r att kunna tr\u00e4na olika intensitet och tr\u00e4na intervaller. Crosstraining ger fantastiskt bra konditionstr\u00e4ning och Du f\u00e5r bra tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r rumpan, l\u00e5ren och vaderna. Samtidigt som Du kan ocks\u00e5 kan v\u00e4lja att belasta armarna och \u00f6verkroppen genom att jobba mer handtagen, vilket ger en bra tr\u00e4ning \u00e4ven f\u00f6r ryggen\/magen.<\/p>\n<p>Att crosstrainer \u00e4r bra n\u00e4r man \u00e4r har en muskelskada eller t ex har ont i ett kn\u00e4 beror p\u00e5 att Du hela tiden har kontakt med underlaget\/pedalerna d\u00e5 Du tr\u00e4nar, dvs \u201dclosed-chain\u201d tr\u00e4ning. Du f\u00e5r inga h\u00e5rda st\u00f6tar upp genom lederna och belastningen \u00e4r inte lika stor p\u00e5 dina leder som n\u00e4r Du joggar eller g\u00e5r. Det \u00e4r allts\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt att successivt \u00f6ka upp belastningen p\u00e5 senor och leder efter en skada.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns m\u00e5nga olika tr\u00e4ningsprogram f\u00f6r crosstrainer att hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet om Du inte har n\u00e5got eget intervallpass.
