Sj\u00e4lv st\u00e4ller jag mig lite tveksam till dessa p\u00e5st\u00e5enden, ffa d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att de flesta av oss har s\u00e5 otroligt otr\u00e4nade och instabilia f\u00f6tter och d\u00e5lig balans. Dessutom \u00e4r h\u00e5rd asfalt och h\u00e5rda golv \u00e4r inget naturligt underlag f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra f\u00f6tter. Att ge sig ut och springa barfota utan tr\u00e4ning innan, \u00e4r inget jag rekommenderar, s\u00e4rskilt inte dig som har skador sedan tidigare.<\/p>\n<p>Det som h\u00e4nder d\u00e5 man springer barfota \u00e4r att man f\u00e5r en mjukare h\u00e4lis\u00e4ttningen och att man kommer att springa mer p\u00e5 framfoten, vilket ger mer belastning p\u00e5 muskler och senor\u00a0 framfoten. G\u00e5r man \u00f6ver till denna l\u00f6pstil f\u00f6r snabbt utan att succesivt v\u00e4nja sina f\u00f6tter, \u00f6kar risken f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsporre, h\u00e4lseneinflammation och muskelbristningar.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4remot kan jag tycka att id\u00e9n med att tr\u00e4na\/g\u00e5 barfota kan vara \u00e4r bra, om man sucessivt \u00f6kar sin tr\u00e4ning fr\u00e5n korta stunder till l\u00e4ngre. Att tr\u00e4na balans, g\u00e5 p\u00e5 t\u00e5, tr\u00e4na knip-r\u00f6relser med f\u00f6tterna och t\u00e5rna utan skor, \u00e4r ett bra s\u00e4tt att \u00f6ka styrkan i fotens muskler och ligament.
